I decided to get a personal trainer and that’s how I met Sam. Immediatley I knew we clicked and she was going to be the best person to help me. Sam is super knowledgeable in fitness and weight loss, she approached my training with exercises she felt I could handle as a beginner and gradually advanced. She was always motivating and supportive. I really appreciate her attention to detail in getting my workouts just right. I have been training with Samanha for 2 1/2 years now and have seen incredible results. I have seen my ability toilet heavier weights and I definitely feel stronger.
